Shipping policy

1. Delivery Overview

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (UK), including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods to ensure your cycling gear arrives when you need it:

• Standard UK Delivery (3–5 Working Days)

• Cost: £3.99 

• Details: Delivered via Royal Mail or DPD standard service, Monday through Saturday.

• Express (1–2 Working Days)

• Cost: £6.99

• Details: Order before 2:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and your parcel will arrive the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Thursday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

4. Delivery Address and Instructions

• Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or missing parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

• If you are not home at the time of delivery, our courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, or leave a card with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery or collect it from your local depot.

5. Issues and Inquiries

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at cyclebobo.limited@outlook.com (or your store's email address), and we will resolve the issue for you promptly.
